These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Auto Parts, Inc., a North Dakota corporation doing business as WeSellCarParts ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 3150 SW 145th Ave, Suite 401, Miramar, FL 33027. By accessing or using our website at wesellcarparts.com (the "Site"), placing an order, or engaging with our services in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Site or purchase products from us.
Auto Parts, Inc. sells OEM-quality replacement automotive parts through the Site and via telephone. All products are subject to availability. Product descriptions, specifications, and vehicle compatibility information are provided for general reference only. We recommend contacting our parts specialists at (800) 556-3057 to verify compatibility before placing an order.
All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order by a sales representative. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
We ship within the continental United States. Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. Expedited options may be available. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging. Contact us at (800) 556-3057 for an RMA number. Electrical components that have been installed are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
All parts are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Contact us with proof of purchase to initiate a warranty claim.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Parts, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts in Cass County, North Dakota.
